This 2-day intensive workshop is aimed for those who need to understand the basics of communicating with clarity, brevity and impact. Being an effective communicator means being able to both actively listen and clearly express yourself to those around you. Effective communication is vital both in and out of the workplace because it allows you to clearly translate your intentions and feelings into easily understandable messages. In this Experiential program, we adopt a coaching and facilitative approach through interactive workshops, self-assessments, group activities and simulations. It is very important to engage the participants in reviewing their own outcome and so the activities are designed to illustrate key issues that the participants are facing in Communication. You gain practical experience initiating and responding to various forms of communication. You learn to handle situations based on a flexible, genuine and self-confident approach.
